– Cancellation until 60 days before arrival: free of charge
– Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before arrival: 100,00 € handling fee
– Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
– Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
– For non-arrival: 100% of the total amount of your stay

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.
